Power of Love

We need love for our mind and body as oxygen and water. It's obvious. The more connected we are, the healthier we will be both physically and emotionally. The less connected we are, the more we are at risk. And we need love since our birth, but this love profile is changing age to age. So if we lose this love line at a point, our life will not stream smoothly. And it’s also true that the less love we have get more depression we are likely to experience in our life. So perhaps love is the best antidepressant in the world.

If we have a close look, most depressed people don't love themselves and they do not be loved by others. And they also are very self-focused, making them less attractive to others and depriving them of opportunities to learn the skills of love. And the people, who are in love, live happily than the others. It’s because, when we have someone to share our sadness and happiness, we don’t need to suffer lonely, in that way we could minimize our sadness and maximize our happiness.

So do love and be loved as always you could and Feel the power of love.

Do love & live long!!!

Love could keep us healthy in mentally, physically, socially and spiritually. Did you know that?.......................... Yes it’s true!!!

Practically if we love someone really, it’s obvious we care more about ourselves too. It’s because, to love our loved one, we should be in healthy. To be in healthy and safely, we may not take the unwanted risks like smoking, careless driving, junkie eating habits, drinking alcohol. So this thing will keep us away from unnecessary life threat. So people will often adopt safer behavior when they are coupled up.

Other thing is, loving and being loved will vaccinate you against anxiety. When we in love, the brain produces chemical called dopamine, a feel-good stimulant that is responsible for feeling bliss, optimism and patience.

Some research also shows those people in loving have a lower death rate than single people. Even people who have unhealthy lifestyles tend to live longer than those who lack social and community support.

So love as could as possible, and be healthy and long live!!!

Is virtual love a true love?

Online dating is becoming largely acceptable today as people become more comfortable with using computers and smart phones for communication. E-mail, chatting, and social sites have increased the comfort level of talking with each other online. The relationships, which we make on these media calls, virtual relationships. Further, if we do love someone who never seen in the real world, but seen only in this virtual environment, it’s a virtual love.  In virtual world we love only to a profile, always it’s not may a real person. but still you have real feelings.

In this case we could be any person which we want to be. In here, all the physical facts are not important, such as occupation, education, physical attraction; even your gender or anything. Not only that, we could love several people simultaneously without any problem at all. Here we have lots of freedom to do love. You could carry your love anywhere you want with your mobile device. You may never feel alone. World was never being like this for the relationships. Specially for to do love.

But the question is; is this real love? In one hand, love is spiritual rather than physical; hence one could say, “Yes…This may a real love”. But honestly, without even touching the other person, could we do love or imagine a real love? the fact is, here we do only love, we don’t see the figure of that person or his social status.

On the other hand…in the real world though we see and do love a real person and even we could touch them, still it may not a true love. still we could cheat the love. So what’s the deference? So the thing is, though it’s a physical or virtual, true love is still depending on our mind and the way of thinking and the way of doing it. What do you think?

Love has a limit and at some point it's a criminal !!!

In a one life time of a person, could love several people. Not even love, if they want could live together until they realize they are ready to go further under one roof. Ultimately they could marry an only one person. Marriage is the finest honor which could give for a love in a civilized society.  And it’s the legal agreement that saying “I love you, till I die no matter what”.

But at some point, after married, they may find better person to love. Then “Boom….” In here, anybody could call “This is wrong” to love another, after married. So that’s how civilized society looks for it.

But is it really wrong? I mean it’s a feeling. That person may have a more strong feeling of love about new lover than the married one. So what’s the matter? As a human, couldn’t stop our prime feeling easily. Because we born to do love. But in here, we try to civilize our feeling of love as could as possible by a law . But in this situation, if they not married already, then they could just walk away from each other and make their new love.  So it’s obvious that, we try to rule the love as much we could. Not like other feelings, love is wonderful and spiritual feeling in our lives, our lives mainly depending on that. but when civilized law comes in to the love it has a limit. sometimes its funny when thinks, "we cannot love as we want, due to the law".   so still "Love" has a limit just like any other things in this world. not only that in this situation doing love is a Criminal. what do you think?

Commit suicide for love, is the true love?

Sometimes people get so hurt from love and they even commit suicide. If They die for love they call it true love. But is it really true love? No its not. Who is responsible for your pain that you feel? It is the person you love or your own mind that has created all your thoughts and expectations. Did that person force you to love? You loved for your own requirement, for the requirement of your mind. Do remember that nobody can ever force someone to love. Because love is an extremely personal feelings that can be created only by yourself.

If you have a bad relationship with someone, you would create a mentality that love hurts. Love gives pain. You would start blaming love for the pain you received from your relationship. But love did not do anything. You are the creator of your pain. You are the creator of your expectations. You used the word ” Love ” to prove the intensity of your feelings. Love doesn’t hurt anyone. You create your own pain and put the blame on love.

So still do you believe commit suicide for love, is the truelove?

Unconditional Love

Most of the time, when we love someone, love starts with some expectations in our mind. It means we expect love in return. This is normal and common for everyone. But I believe, True love is always unconditional.

When you love someone, you generally create some expectations from the person you love. like : I love you, So you should also love me. I always try to make you happy, so you should also make me happy. There are many small expectations we create every day. we feel happy when any of your expectations get fulfilled. But whenever it doesn’t happen, it starts creating pain for us. So it means we do not love him or her, we just love for yourself.  we do all this things to make your happiness in return.

But true love should be unconditional, whether it hurts or not, you should love them.  In return you could expect nothing. So ask yourself….have you ever loved anyone truly?
